We rally against the notion of consultants as "tell" or "advisory". For us, consulting is a partnership which balances execution with guidance. We want to enable you, not build dependency. We don't bring a cookie cutter playbook, promising to solve it all and then leave you to sort out the mess. We create the conditions for change and you populate the substance because you know your business best. We blend mentoring, coaching, training and consulting together because we want to help you think. We also expect to think hard and be challenged. If we give you the token answers, it means we haven't really listened. You might call this humble consulting, or human consulting. It's honest consulting. We only take work where we trust the business wants to work at the core so we trust we have a real partnership together. This means we will tell you if you're staying tactical rather than transformational. It means we won't take your money knowing you will end up at the same point again in the future.

Transformation

We consult to organisations to help them transform their culture, operating model or transformation programme design. We also consult on digital transformation and mindset, innovation mindset and bias, openness and inclusion. We provide consultation solutions to build a coaching culture. 

Digital disruption

We offer consulting services for transformational leadership, leadership development, psychological safety, leading in disruptive times, digital strategy and the psychology of disruption. We can also advise on programme creation and cultural shifts.  

Organisational culture

We specialise in digital culture, growth mindset, psychological safety, openness, innovation and transformational culture change using top-down and bottom-up approaches. We only work with organisations where the CEO is the sponsor (or you need help to get them there). Culture is not a "people" or HR thing. Culture change is the oil that connects people and practice and needs absolute backing of the executive team and the CEO. Our clients can be large organisations needing to change or start-ups establishing their future culture. We have other programmes to support culture change such as coaching, mentoring and training.  

Coaching culture

Our consulting solutions include culture assesment, culture vision creation, and identifying with you the levers to embed psychological safety and better thinking in every room. Our approach includes both top-down and bottom-up for ground swell and we provide solutions such as training, coaching and mentoring to support this.
