Solutions

Coaching
We offer Firestick Coaching as a critical pre-transformation phase paired with team-awareness or during transformation programmes. Firesticking is a fusion offer which blends coaching, mentoring and process consulting for the transformation leadership/executive team. This includes individual coaching for each leader. We also coach and mentor transformation leaders, sponsors or project teams to lead in disruptive times. Consulting
We consult to organisations to help them transform their culture, operating model or transformation programme design. We also consult on digital transformation and mindset, innovation mindset and bias, openness and inclusion. We provide consultation solutions to build a coaching culture.
Culture change
Our culture change programmes attack the opportunity from all angles. This includes Firestick Coaching for the executive team, culture assessment, consultation for the organisation on strategy and transformation, and our Talk Less Hear More training. We work with you to understand what you want and facilitate a plan on how to get there. We only work with organisations where the CEO is the sponsor (or you need help to get them there). Culture is not a "people" or HR thing. Culture change is the oil that connects people and practice and needs absolute backing of the executive team and the CEO.
Digital disruption
We offer workshops utilising the Innovators Method for branding, product and transformation teams. We also offer consulting services for transformational leadership, leading in disruptive times, digital strategy and the psychology of disruption.
