Our Think Perspective fusion format training programmes bring the power of better thinking into the hands of those who have opportunities day to day to create space for others. We aim to raise the quality of interactions through self-awareness and reduce the negative knock on effect from poor conversations. We build training which aims to democratise coaching so that people can think better. We fuse pre-work, recordings, playbook, experiments, break-outs, coaching demos, coaching practicums, taught content, group discussion, Q&A + individual reflection to create synergy. Our programmes are scalable and help people increase self-awareness, judgement and to enable others space to think.

Listening Lab

Our Think Perspective training offer helps build better thinking in every room with our Listening Lab. An experiential coach training programme to create a coaching culture. After one day you will know yourself better and the impact you have on other peoples thinking. You will learn how to facilitate a coaching conversation and help bring better thinking into personal, work, client and team interactions. You will be that person in the room who helps people think better and can positively influence and shape the dynamic.

Listening Teams

Our Think Perspective experiential training offer, Listening Teams is a build on our Listening Lab and Listening Lab +. For the leader learning the power of humility and who wants to bring the human side into their leadership. Create more engaged teams, bring more of yourself to work, inspire others and get the best out of those around you.  

Listening Lab +

Our Think Perspective training offer helps build better thinking in every room with Listening Lab+. A build on our one day programme, you will go beyond listening, questions, space and self-awareness to learn more about how emotions, thinking and physiology can help recognise unhelpful assumptions and how to remove them.

Coach the Transformation

People and Practice also offer fusion training to help consultants, project leads and transformation leaders to incorporate a coaching approach into their work. This helps participants to ease off from being the expert and the "teller", to create the conditions for change. Become the conduit and let ego take a backseat, learn how to partner more effectively. Participants learn to trust the resourcefulness of their clients more, extract great ideas and enable their clients to take ownership. They make it their own. We believe in creating self-sufficiency and resilience over surrogacy and reliance.
